General Conditions & Terminologies

1. Meetanshi.com does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, although it is provided to the best ability.
2. Meetanshi reserves the right to determine which products will be updated and when or to discontinue product updates.
3. Meetanshi has the right to change these terms and conditions anytime, without prior notice.

Extension Upgrade & Support Policy

Meetanshi has launched the subscription-based model for its Magento extensions w.e.f February 1, 2022. Customers need to have an active subscription plan for the product to receive free support and updates for that specific product only. The products/extensions that are purchased from Meetanshi’s website are solely subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Free Support Service & UPGRADES will only be available to customers with an active subscription for that product.
2. Customers can renew their subscriptions annually to continue regular upgrades and support.
3. The first-time purchase of any extension will come with a 1-year free subscription to professional support services & regular updates for that specific extension.
4. Customers must pay 60% of the product price to renew their subscription to the extension/product every year.

Free Support Service Coverage

The 1-Year Free Support Service does not cover the following:

1. Compatibility check between Magento and other software packages
2. Installation and configuration of the purchased products
3. Error correction caused during buyer installation
4. Error correction caused during buyer extension upgrade
5. Customized Modules/themes (*only 1 Month FREE Support)
6. Extension installation troubleshooting
7. Magento performance optimization and tuning
8. Third-party developers consultation
9. Product version update with different modules or themes

All products are available for download once your payment has been accepted and verified. If you are unable to download a product, please check the status of your payment via your payment processor interface.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Refund policy

To guarantee your protection, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for ALL our paid extensions for fresh purchases (not for the subscription renewal). If you are facing any issues with our extension, you can claim a full refund within 30 days of the fresh purchase.

We will handle your refund request within seven business days.

To request a refund, please submit a request containing your Order ID or Payer email address via our Customer Support Center.

Meetanshi.com reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any change in these terms. Changes to our terms and conditions will be published on this page.

Account Management

The EU’s GDPR Law came into effect on May 25, 2018, under which you can request for deletion of your account at Meetanshi. Please contact us for the same, and we’ll take care further.
